Project: 16 The Boltons

This project which commenced in May 2008 involves the construction of an 8 metre deep luxury basement occupying the entire footprint of this substantial property.

The works are split into three areas. Area 1 at the front of the property, area 2 at the side and area 3 at the rear of the property. The piling works in Area 2 has just been completed and now the piling under the house in Area 3 will commence. The first pour of the basement slab in Area 3 will commence in August.

The basement is being constructed using a combination of sheet, secant, micro and mini piling and trenchsheets. City Basements are excavating 4500 cubic metres to form a 540 sq. metre basement. The end use of the new basement will be as a swimming pool and leisure facilities.
