This project is currently under construction with City Basements Contracted to Construct a Basement internally in the Existing Mews House. The project involves the following:
Construction of a New Basement Measuring 70m2, 3.350m Deep to an Existing Mews House to create additional residential accommodation for a Private Client.
Reinforced Concrete Underpinning to Existing Perimeter Party walls 2.7m deep.
Installation of Structural Steel Braces at Ground Floor to retain existing Party Walls in the Temporary Condition whilst Basement is being Constructed.
Bulk Excavation to Basement Formation 3.350m below Existing Ground Level.
Construction of New Drainage / Sumps and a 250mm Thick RC Basement Slab.
Construction of 200mm Thick RC Ground Floor Slab over Basement.
