City Basements Limited was created by Denis Nolan of Toureen Mangan, a £23 million turnover groundworks and civil engineering company, and Simon Smith of Contractors Design Services, specialists in temporary works and geotechnical engineering design. They joined forces to provide an expertise in the design and construction of complex urban basement build projects.
