Construction Process

Elements of the Construction process may include:

Site investigation and site preparation including:
Demolition and Excavation and disposal of
excavated material to create either single storey
or multi level base construction.
Water proofing of structure.
Drainage and Services penetrations are
incorporated into the structure (usually designed
out through the existing building above).
Making good of surrounding area ready for fit out
and hard landscaping above if required.
