City Basements are currently undertaking the construction of a 2,000m2 basement at Goldsmiths College. The project value is £1.8million and the programme duration is 20 weeks..

The basement works will house a new lecture theatre and associated services and will be constructed with the use of contiguous piles, bearing piles, waterproof capping beam and a reinforced concrete waterproof liner wall..
