Toureen Mangan is a RoSPA Gold Award Winner
Toureen Mangan is celebrating winning one of the prestigious RoSPA Occupational Health & Safety Awards 2009.
Toureen Mangan achieved the Gold award for its continued excellence in committing to improving health and safety and occupational health of the workforce, and for demonstrating high levels of compliance with control measures for principal risks and below average rates of accidents or work related ill health.
The Gold award was presented at a ceremony at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole Hotel on 13th May 2009. The ceremony took place alongside the Safety & Health Expo 2009, Europe’s leading annual health & safety exhibition.

About RoSPA Occupational Health & Safety Awards 2009
The RoSPA awards are not just about reducing the number of accidents and cases of ill health at work; they help to ensure that organisations have good health and safety management systems in place.
The RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2009 are sponsored by NEBOSH (The National Examination Board in Occupational Health & Safety), the leading health and safety professional examining body.
The majority of awards are non-competitive and mark achievement which is graded at merit, bronze, silver and gold levels. Organisations maintaining high standards can win gold medals, Presidents Awards and Orders of Distinction.
Competitive awards go to the best entries in 21 individual industry sectors such as construction, healthcare, transport and logistics, engineering, manufacturing and education.
