Project: Private Residence
in Notting Hill

This project, designed by Simon Smith required the major redevelopment of a period family residence in the exclusive Notting Hill area.

Work consisted of the demolition of an existing three storey detached property whilst retaining the existing façade and the two masonry flank walls with the construction of a new four meter deep basement including a swimming pool and two upper floors.

CDS were appointed as the specialist design consultant for the temporary façade retention and for the support of the new basement excavation.
