Health and Safety

At City Basements we take the responsibility of high standards of health, safety and welfare very seriously. We take measures to ensure that all employees and subcontractors are able to work in a safe, tidy and clean site therefore fulfilling our responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994.

The Health and Safety of our Employees, Sub-Contractors and all others affected by our operations is ultimately the responsibility of senior management and the Board of Directors with clear procedures and communication channels in place to implement the policy effectively. In addition the company invests in Health and Safety Training and has structured induction procedures for all employees.
