Project: St Anselm's Place

This complex project carried out by the basement team at Toureen Mangan, involved the construction of a two storey basement beneath a private residential property in the heart of London’s prestigious Mayfair.

The basement was to house a state of the art swimming pool, leisure and gym complex requiring extensive planning and careful coordination of services in to the new facility.
