City Basements Limited recognize that our staff are our greatest assets and therefore we are committed to encouraging continuous professional development for all our staff including senior management, office based support and site based operatives. As such we have developed a programme of structured training and have a Training policy that is applied and reviewed on a regular basis.

The company is currently pursuing the Investors in People standard which we look forward to receiving by 2007.
